Little Miss Cinderella before the fairy Godmother...

Bentley is really into to "helping" me lately. She is becoming a little momma and I love pal'n around with her. So now even when I'm working we can play. She now has her own broom and mop to help momma on cleaning day. And of course you know this sparked a $$$ saving idea that needs to be shared. I was at Toys R Us picking up a B-day gift and thought I would brows the kitchen toy isle and pick up a broom set. $12 dollars but it was my lucky day...they were on sale for $6. Now no this is not a lot of money but the broom they had was a TOY! Real brooms barely cost that. That gave me an idea. I found a broom at the Dollar Store and a mop at Target for $2. Score! The handles were aluminum so i just snapped them in half and then reattached the end piece. I cut the mop ends down a bit so when she mops she doesn't make a huge puddle. Five minutes and $3 for both! Two fun fully functional "toys" she LOVES. : I Heart my little happy Helper!

Creative Play and some Girl Time.

What can you do with Pipe cleaners and a strainer?  Let Bentley show you....

She had a ball stringing the pipe cleaners through the holes and pulling them out the other side. She played for while and then when she got board of that she noticed it would make a very colorful pretty hat. :)

And after a long hard day of creative play, a girl needs some down time at the spa. Well maybe not the spa per say but our bathtub and some nail polish go a long way. It is hard to paint those little tootsies but darn they sure look cute! Thank goodness for nail polish remover and blow dryers to speed up the process.  

Little Miss Bentley Paige...

Wow, can't believe this little cutie is going to be two soon! She is such a fun lively, sassy spunky little thing and I heart her madly!!! We have so much fun together. She is my little buddy and playmate and I am blessed to be her momma!

Pool Days

We have hit the pool a couple times in the past few days and little Dolly you LOVE being outside. You like to nap outside by the pool, you love to lay and listen to all the sounds, you love to go on walks, you love to sit in your bouncy chair outside and watch brother...you just love to be outside. You LOVE LOVE LOVE bathtime so I just can't wait till you are big enough to put in the pool. I just know you are gong to love it.

Dear Bentley Paige,

Mommy loves you so much. You grow and change daily, sometimes hourly I swear. I want to capture every moment...I really just can't get enough of you. I want to document every little thing you do. You are only a month old but since day one you have held the strings to my heart. You are a beautiful little baby and you already have such a fun little personality. I enjoy our daily talks and snuggles and hope we can share them always! I can't wait to watch you grow baby girl!
